Word document titled with the name of the transaction (500 words +/-): Describe the scope of the transaction, (length of lease term, number of parties involved, total consideration, total square footage, etc.) in a manner that captures the essence of the transaction for the benefit of the awards committee; explain why the transaction is significant or unique.

Provide head shots (300 dpi or better) titled with the names of the representatives of both sides of the transaction indicating who they represented (i.e. tenant/buyer or landlord/seller). Provide an electronic photograph (300 dpi or better) titled with the name of the building involved. If multiple buildings are involved, submit one photo representative of the whole.
