BOMA Boston Executive of the Year

New this year, the awards will honor an individual with the BOMA Boston Executive of the Year Award. This person will exemplify the highest level of knowledge, commitment and integrity in the real estate business. Below are detailed instructions on submitting nominations.

Who is eligible for nomination as BOMA Boston Executive of the Year?
Any individual who best meets the following criteria:

  • Minimum 10 years experience in commercial real estate ownership or management.
  • Member of BOMA with current PAID status
  • Currently hold a real estate education designation, ie: RPA, FMA; LEED; are a candidate for a designation or are currently pursuing other continuing education courses in real estate
  • Currently oversees activities of multiple property managers; multiple properties, or real estate portfolios

Candidates may be evaluated on the following criteria:

  • BOMA participation and involvement
  • Leadership
  • Service to the community
  • Tenant Relations
  • Education, ie: BOMI or other continuing education
  • General Management
  • Face-to-face interview
  • Commitment to Sustainability
